The Citizenship by Investment Program came into being in August 2013, when the Grenadian Parliament passed Act No. 15 of 2013, otherwise referred to as the ‘Grenada Citizenship by Investment Act, 2013.’ The stated objective of the Act is to “enable persons to acquire permanent residence and citizenship of Grenada by registration following investment in Grenada.”
Applicants may only make two types of investments to obtain
citizenship or permanent residence:
1. They must make “a payment into the National Transformation
Fund;” or
2. They must make “a payment towards an approved project in
Grenada”
Eligibility:
Main applicant must be above 18 years of age
Provide source of funds
Clean criminal record
No health issue
Legal spouse & dependent children upto 30 years of age.
Dependent parents above 65 years of age.

Investment Requirements (Non-refundable):
1. National Transformation Fund (Non refundable
contribution)
Single applicant : USD 150,000
MA + Spouse + 2 children : USD 200,000 (up to family of 4)
Additional dependant : USD 25,000 each dependant
2. Real Estate (Government approved projects) Investment in
Real Estate : USD 220,000
Government fees: MA + Spouse + 2 children : USD 50,000 (up to
family of 4)
Additional dependant : USD 25,000 each dependant

Citizenship Process- 3-5 months
⦁ Signup engagement agreement with Guardian.
⦁ Guardian operation team will conduct initial assessments on
client’s profile.
⦁ Guardian professional team will assist & advise you the
collection of the documents according to the Government
checklist.
⦁ File preparation & submission for citizenship
application.
⦁ Upon receiving “Letter of Approval in principle” from
citizenship unit, applicant will make full investment & other
associated government fees.
⦁ Receives approval from Citizenship commission.
⦁ Received Certificate of Naturalization.
⦁ Submission of passport application.

Application of US E2 Visa with Grenadian Passport
⦁ What is E2 Visa?
Ans: It allows a national of a treaty country (for example,
Grenada) to live & to do business in the United States in
exchange of investing a substantial amount of capital in the
US business.
It allows spouse to work in US, & children can avail benefits
like education in-state college tuition rates,, healthcare,
etc.
⦁ Grenada is the only Caribbean country with a CBI program
who
holds an E-2 Investor Visa Treaty with the USA, allowing
citizens to be eligible to apply for a non-immigrant visa.
Investment must be in an enterprise that the investor is
able to ‘develop and direct’, and is at least 50% owned by
the investor.
Benefits of E2 Visa
⦁ No quotas, no waiting period. The whole process generally
takes only few week.
⦁ The minimum investment amount is not specified. Recommended
Investment should be at least USD 200,000.
⦁ Investor’s spouse and dependent children under 21 years old
may be included.
